This past weekend, our festival was a resounding success, filled with unforgettable performances, inspiring interviews, and a fantastic turnout. From the crack of noon until 8 PM, the event buzzed with excitement and energy, showcasing the vibrant talent within our community.

Interviews and Artist Performances
I had the pleasure of interviewing over 20 artists throughout the day, each bringing their unique flair and story. The festival featured an incredible lineup across various stages:
- Kids Stage: Eli Gzzzz and Kay Kay Carter lit up the stage with their performances, captivating the audience with their raw talent and enthusiasm.
- R&B Stage: B.anhka dazzled us with her dance moves and vocal prowess, delivering a performance that left the crowd in awe.
- Main Stage: Deveye brought unparalleled energy to the main stage, hyping up the crowd alongside BQE. Their performance was a highlight of the day, leaving everyone craving more.
Special Shoutouts
A big shoutout to Live Mondays for providing the platform that made this event possible. Their support and dedication to showcasing emerging talent are truly commendable. All Female Hip Hop deserves recognition for their ‘Drop Mic’ segment, which added a dynamic and empowering touch to the event.

I was out there in the sun, interviewing artists and soaking in the incredible performances from noon to nightfall.
